Progression Routes
Diploma in Business | 60 Credit Course

The majority of our learners have used our Diplomas in Business as a great gateway to University. In addition to those that have gained a significant promotion in their current business-related role. However, some of our learners have found this course extremely useful to learn how to set up and manage their own business.

Mandatory Units

The Business Environment:

Gain knowledge of international businesses and understand how organisations plan are structure to enable owners, managers, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Business Resource:

Learn the different types of resources in a business, Human, Physical, technological and financial.

Introduction to Marketing:

Learn the difference between identifying and meeting human and social needs. Marketing is equally important to non-commercial, public and voluntary sectors as it is to profit-making businesses.

Business Communication:

Gain the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders. You will learn how to negotiate with people to achieve planned objectives in a business environment.

Our 6 month accelerated Business Administration programme offers face to face workshops (three hours per week: day, evening or weekend) and flexible learning. Taught by postgraduate qualified staff with real experience in a business environment.
