Course Overview
Negotiation is a method by which people settle differences. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument and dispute.

In any disagreement, individuals understandably aim to achieve the best possible outcome for their position (or perhaps an organisation they represent). However, the principles of fairness, seeking mutual benefit and maintaining a relationship are the keys to a successful outcome.
The Study Process

Many individuals who study this course are able to work a full-time job while learning, which allows them to achieve their goals of becoming an Administrative assistant.

Upon completion of your course, you will be required to book an exam and pass, you will then be awarded your Accredited CPD certificate.

Format: computer-based Objective Test
Availability: Online Exam
Length: 60 minutes per exam
Marking: computer marked
Results: provisional result available immediately followed by confirmation no more than 48 hours later

Further information
Exams are comprised of a range of items including short multiple choice questions, number entry questions, drag and drop questions and other formats. They test all component learning outcomes across the whole subject. Exam fees are not included in the course cost.

On successful completion of the exams, students will become qualified Administration Assistants.
