This course includes eight bitesize modules which cover all the basics of social media marketing:

• Introduction to Facebook for Business
• Introduction to Twitter for Business
• Introduction to LinkedIn for Business
• Introduction to Social Media Management Tools
• Implementing a Facebook campaign for your business
• Implementing a Twitter campaign for your business
• Implementing a LinkedIn campaign for your business

Having completed this training, you will be able to:

• Understand the importance of social media for business
• Create social media accounts and understand what key information they should have on their pages
• Recognise what impact a social media campaign will have on your business and how to implement one
• Social Media Marketing Courses Certificate
• At the end of each bitesize course there will be a test, which consists of 15 multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 75% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test six times at no extra cost. If learners do not achieve the 75% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.

Learners will be able to download digital certificates on completion of each bitesize module. These can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.

The content of this training has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

These modules were developed alongside The Tech Partnership to support the Digital Business Skills qualification. The Tech Partnership operated from 2014 to 2018 as a network of employers collaborating to create the skills for the UK digital economy.

Duration

This training will take approximately 3-4 hours to complete, depending on how quickly learners can study and absorb the material. Learners do not have to complete all the training in one session as progress is recorded throughout.
