2.2 Explain how to monitor the way that legal, regulatory, ethical and social policies and procedures are put into practice

2.3 Describe how to provide support to the sales team in putting legal, regulatory, ethical and social policies and procedures into practice

3. Know how to deal with non- compliance

3.1 Explain how to identify and correct any failures to meet the legal and regulatory requirements

3.2 Explain how and when to provide full reports about any failures to meet requirements to senior management
