A useful tool to any customer facing business

Great course as a refresher or to enhance skills for beginners. The course is very helpful for handling most situations. It covers many parts of call handling and gives great advice. Especially around coping with stress and difficult calls.

The sales part is generic but also useful in helping call handlers to convert situations to a favourable outcome or to promote future custom.
