Objective

This practical and comprehensive one-day workshop deals specifically with the main social media networks specifically relevant to the
B2B marketplace, namely Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. It will also provide an overview of some of the newer and emerging social
media networks coming into the marketplace now.
Delegates will develop their knowledge of each social media network so that they can devise an appropriate strategy for their own
organisation's social media engagement. This will entail training participants in a social media strategy model, social media tools, the
legal aspects of social media and keeping the organisation safe by devising a social media policy for the organisation's employees.
